Mark Jones

Mark is a PGA Advanced Professional, who holds Accredited status with the PGA.

Mark took on the role as Club Professional on the 1st November 2020 after a 7 year stint in the Middle East where he gained industry experience at courses such as Yas Links, Abu Dhabi ranked 44 in the world by Golf Digest USA and The Track, Meydan Golf a fully floodlit 9 hole facility voted the number 1 9 hole golf course in the Middle East by the world golf awards.

Mark was nominated and voted into the top 4 'Breakthrough Professional of the Year' in 2021,

Mark’s best tip is ‘Get your grip right for your swing and learn to strike it first, before hitting it straight’ and his Dream Partners in a Fourball, would be Seve Ballesteros, Tiger Woods and Gary Player.

Martin was the club professional at Moseely Golf Club for over 20 years, is a Level 3 qualified PGA Coach and brings a wealth of experience to his role. Martin runs the Get Into Golf beginner sessions as well as member group lessons.  As well as coaching, Martin is also available for club fittings.

Sherilyn is our Club Professional Marks wife and holds over 10 years of international Pro Shop experience.  Sherilyn is a retail expert and a lot of how the items on display in the shop are merchandised is down to her skills.  She is key to the administration side of the shop business and covers shifts in the shop. Sherilyn is an avid Golfer and enjoys getting out on the course.
