18 hole non-qualifying stableford AM/AM 85% handicap allowance, (maximum playing handicap 36)2 scores to count, 2 signatures are required. Please ensure all cards are returned. All players must have recorded at least 5 qualifying scores in the previous 12 months prior to date of competition for team to be eligible for prizes NO REFUNDS WILL APPLY, replacements accepted
