Kings Norton Golf Club has a very active membership. Our men’s ladies, seniors and junior sections offer a full competition fixtures schedule aimed at players of all standards. We also have friendly mixed matches with local clubs and teams in the West Midlands League and Scratch Leagues.

 

We welcome applications for membership whether by invitation from existing members or if you don’t know anyone at Kings Norton then please apply directly to the Club Manager. The annual fees are shown below. There is a one-off joining fee which can be paid up front or spread over five years if required. You will be assured of a warm welcome so please don’t hesitate to contact us by telephoning or completing the application form and returning it to the Club for the attention of the Club Manager.

Subscriptions are calculated pro-rata for members joining after 1st April.

  

Food & Drink Levy

 A food and drink levy is compulsory for all categories, except Country and Junior Memberships, and is payable with your subscription annually in full (calculated pro-rata for members joining after 1st April).  The levy may be used for purchases at the bar, for catering and tickets for Club social events.

 If the food and drink levy is not spent in the subscription year ie. 1st April to 31st March, it will be retained by the Club.

Annual subscriptions may be paid by :

  1. a single payment required BEFORE 30th APRIL
  2. maximum six monthly instalments (for subscriptions in excess of £100 only) commencing first working day of MARCH by direct debit.

(Currently there is an annual charge of £7.50 for using the d/d service).

 Single payments can be made by Cash, Cheque, Debit card or *Credit card.  (*Please be advised that there is a 2% charge for payment by ‘credit card’).  Payment can also be made by BACS to Sort Code: 30-96-12 Account No: 01678800 - please quote your full name and Member Number as reference.

Entrance Fees for Full and Five Day categories may be paid over 5 YEARS. 

For members joining between April and August a first instalment is required on joining but subsequent payments may be included in the six monthly instalment plan commencing the following year.

For members joining between September and March the first instalment of the Entrance Fee may be carried forward and included in either the six monthly instalment plan or annual invoice commencing the following year.

Applicants should indicate that they wish to make use of the instalment facility when submitting their application. 

IMPORTANT:  The second and subsequent instalments of the entrance fee is a contractual obligation.  If the whole or any part of the member’s entrance fee instalment remains unpaid then the member’s rights to use any part of the course, clubhouse or member’s facilities will cease immediately and will be withdrawn until all arrears have been paid in full.  This suspension will apply notwithstanding that a full membership subscription may have been paid earlier in the Club’s subscription year, which runs from 1st April to 31st March.
